The Opportunity

We're looking for a talented and self-driven Full Stack Developer to join our Auckland team. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape our product and grow with us as we scale. You'll have a significant impact in building and improving our TypeScript/NextJS application while working in an exciting environment with ambitious goals.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain our web application using primarily TypeScript, NextJS, and Supabase

• Implement new features and improve existing ones by owning outcomes

• Contribute to technical architecture decisions

• Collaborate with the founding team to refine product direction

• Stay current with emerging technologies and suggest implementations that could benefit our platform

• Help establish best practices and coding standards

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript development

• Experience with React and preferably NextJS

• Experience with PostgreSQL and ideally Supabase or similar backend-as-a-service platforms

• Passionate about user experience

• Quick learner willing to adapt to new technologies and methodologies

• Ability to thrive in a startup environment with changing priorities

• Proactive problem solver with the ability to advocate for what’s necessary to push the team forward

• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity and risk

• Understanding that workloads may vary depending on the environment

• Excitement about aerospace and fintech

• Interest in growing beyond purely technical responsibilities as the company scales

• Previous startup experience (a plus, but not required)
